From maternity to the first newborn !
I love working with families that I have met when they were expecting their first baby and that I get to see again when they have had their second baby.
This was the case with this lovely family whom I met for the first time during the pregnancy of their first child.
We initially did the Maternity photoshoot, which is always such a pleasure for me to do as I get to know the couple better and have a first experience of working together. As in this other example, the Maternity photoshoot is included as a complimentary offering when families book a newborn photoshoot.
Welcome to the world, baby boy!
This was the second shoot I did for this family, when their little boy was born. We managed to take shots of the baby, and parents with him and in the collection the family chose, were included a number of prints that made excellent gifts for the family.
Outdoor family shoots in the park
During baby’s first year, we did 2 other shoots, one in the autumn when he was 6 months and one in the spring when he was 1 year old. I love the variety this has given them, to capture the seasons and to see how the little boy has grown.
Welcome to the world baby girl!
This was the second newborn shoot I did for their second baby, a baby girl! I haven’t got permission yet to post photos of the baby girl, which I photographed in their home a couple of weeks ago. I feel so grateful that they chose to document their baby girl’s first year with the same package as their baby boy and that they chose me as their trusted photographer.
I love the continuity of working with families over the years and I can’t wait to see how their little girl grows over the next 12 months.
